UNSERE GESCHICHTE

We welcome you to our Indian restaurant Taj Palace. The secret of Indian cuisine lies not only in the large selection of spices and herbs, but above all in the fact that they are carefully coordinated with each other and treated during cooking in such a way that their aroma reaches its full potential. Spices and herbs are not only responsible for the aroma and taste, but also useful for digestion and health. Chilies are rich in vitamin C, fenugreek invigorates the liver, ginger helps with inflammatory diseases and fatigue, coriander stimulates the digestive system and the kidneys, to name but a few. Good and health-promoting food are therefore closely linked.
